On the morning of April 14, 2026, Shandong Xiehe University（SXU) and Mongolian Global Leadership University (GLU) held an online cooperation signing ceremony. Representatives from both universities gathered across the clouds to witness this important moment.

     Attendees from Mongolian Global Leadership University inclueded Vice President Dr. Natsagiin Udval , Dean of the School of Medical Dr. K. Anargul, Dean of the School of Nursing Dr. Ch. Oyunchimeg, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office Dr. O. Oyunbold . Attendees from Shandong Xiehe University included, Vice President Mr. Hu Hengji, Associate Dean of the Medical School Jiang Shengnan, Director Charlie Zhou and Deputy Director Betty Niu as well as other members from the Inter Office. Mr. Chen Senxin from the China-Mongolia Intemational Exchange Association was also in attendance. 

    At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Dr. Natsagiin Udval and Dean of the School of Nursing Dr. Ch. Oyunchimeg delivered speeches, introducing the educational characteristics and academic programs of School of Medical and School of Nursing. They expressed sincere willingness to carry out in-depth cooperation with Shandong Xiehe University in fields such as nursing, clinical medicine, and rehabilitation therapy. Then, Mr. Hu Hengji briefly introduced history of Shandong Xiehe University and achievements in international education. He expressed the hope that the signing ceremony would serve as a starting point for promoting cooperation in faculty exchange programs, student exchange programs as well as academic research.

    Witnessed by representatives from both sides, Vice President Hu Hengji and Vice President Dr. Natsagiin Udval signed the Memorandum of Understanding online. After the signing ceremony, representatives from both universities took an online group photo to commemorate this precious moment of friendly cooperation and exchanged views on future directions for cooperation.

   The successful signing of this agreement marks the official establishment of a partnership between Shandong Xiehe University and Global Leadership University of Mongolia. This represents a significant step forward in our university’s efforts to expand its international presence, while also contributing to China’s broader strategy of opening up education to the world and deepening Sino-Mongolian academic exchanges. More importantly, it creates an institutionalized and regular platform for collaboration, ensuring that our shared intentions are backed by clear pathways and tangible mechanisms.
