      Shandong Xiehe University is a regular undergraduate university approved by the National Ministry of Education of China. It is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, a famous historical and cultural city. Adhering to the educational philosophy of “Cultivating Virtue and Talents, Integrating Knowledge and Action”, the university is committed to cultivating high-quality talents with a global perspective, innovative spirit, and practical competencies. II. Application Instructions

1.身份资格

1. Eligibility

（1）对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，持外国有效普通护照的非中国籍公民（非中国籍公民，是指根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》不具有中国国籍且在我校接受教育的外国学生。）；

（1）Be friendly towards China, have no criminal record, and be a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign ordinary passport. (Non-Chinese citizens refer to foreign students who do not hold Chinese nationality according to the “Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China” and are receiving education at our university.)

（2）中国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移民外国后作为外国来华留学生申请者，必须持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至招生当年度的4月30日）之内在国外实际居住2年以上的记录；

（2）Applicants who were originally residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan and have immigrated to a foreign country must hold a valid foreign passport or proof of nationality for at least four years, and must provide proof of actual residence abroad for at least two years within the four years preceding the date of application (calculated as of April 30 of the enrollment year).

（3）年龄在18-45岁之间，身心健康，无传染性病史；

（3）Be between 18 and 45 years old, in good physical and mental health, with no history of infectious diseases;

（4）符合中国出入境条件，遵守中国法律法规，尊重中国文化和风俗习惯。

（4）Meet the entry-exit requirements of China, comply with Chinese laws and regulations, and respect Chinese culture and customs.

2.录取标准

2. Admission Criteria

（1）学历背景：具有高中学历或同等学历。

（1）Educational Background: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

（2）学术水平：高中成绩良好及以上。

（2）Academic Level: Have a good or above high school academic record.

（3）语言要求：申请人需达到国际汉语能力标准HSK4级及以上（最高学历授课语言为中文的申请者，可免交HSK证书，但须提供授课语言证明）；如果申请人入学时未能到达中文录取要求，则需在学校先学习中文，通过HSK4级之后方可进入专业课学习阶段。

（3）Language Requirement: Applicants need to reach HSK Level 4 or above of the International Chinese Language Proficiency Standard. (Applicants whose highest degree was taught in Chinese may be exempt from submitting HSK certificates but must provide proof of the language of instruction.) If applicants do not meet the Chinese language requirement upon enrollment, they will be required to take Chinese language courses at the university and may only commence their degree program after obtaining HSK Level 4.

（4）经济能力：有可靠经济保障，能够负担得起在读期间的学费、生活费等。

（4）Financial Capability: Have reliable financial support to cover tuition fees, living expenses, etc., during the study period.

（5）无犯罪记录：需提供无犯罪记录证明。

（5）No Criminal Record: A non-criminal record certificate is required.

三、招生类别

III. Programs Offered

1.汉语语言生：学习期限可为一个月、三个月、六个月或一年、二年不等。学校每年的三月份和九月份开学。

1. Chinese Language Students: The study duration can be one month, three months, six months, one year, or two years, etc. The university starts in March and September each year.

2.本科生：学制四年（音乐学专业为五年）。每年9月份入学，修完所需课程，经考试合格，完成毕业论文，发毕业证，授予学士学位。

2. Undergraduate Students: The standard duration of study is four years (five years for the Musicology program). Enrollment is in September each year. Upon completion of the required courses, passing examinations, and completing the graduation thesis, a graduation certificate will be issued and a bachelor's degree will be awarded.

1.护照个人信息页

1. Passport personal information page.

2.高中毕业证书或预毕业证明（预毕业证明须加盖学校公章，注明预计毕业时间，且须于2026年9月入学前取得毕业证书）

2. High school graduation certificate or pre-graduation certificate (The pre-graduation certificate must bear the official seal of the school, indicate the expected graduation date, and the graduation certificate must be obtained before enrollment in September 2026).

4.语言水平证明（申请时证书须在有效期内，证书有效期通常为2年）

6. Non-Criminal Record Certificate

    申请人须提交由所在地公共安全管理部门出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；同时，需提供该证明的中文翻译件及翻译公司的营业执照复印件，且此两份文件均需加盖翻译公司公章。

      Applicants must submit a valid Non-Criminal Record Certificate issued by the local public security authorities, which should be dated within six months prior to the application date. Furthermore, a Chinese translation of the certificate and a copy of the translation company's business license must be provided, and both of these documents must be stamped by the translation company.

7.年龄：申请人需年满18周岁

7. Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

8.身份规定：从中国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾移民外国，作为外国留学生申请者，需符合中国教育部相关文件规定。

8. Identity Stipulation: Applicants who have emigrated from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan and are applying as international students must meet the relevant regulations of the Chinese Ministry of Education.

六、费用

VI. Fees

1.汉语语言生学费：人民币14,000元/年

1. Chinese Language Student Tuition: RMB 14,000/year

2.本科层次学费：人民币19,800-39,800元/年（专业不同收费标准也不同,具体专业学费可咨询国际合作交流处inter@sdxiehe.edu.cn）；

2. Undergraduate Tuition: RMB 19,800 - 39,800/year (Tuition varies by program. For specific program fees, please consult the International Office at inter@sdxiehe.edu.cn).

3.住宿费：

（1）两人间：人民币3,600元/年/床位

（2）单人间：人民币7,200元/年/间

3. Accommodation Fee:

（1）Double Room: RMB 3,600 per bed per year
（2）Single Room: RMB 7,200 per room per year

八、申请说明

VIII. Application Instructions

1.上传的各种材料须是中文或者英文文本。如为其他语言的文件，须同时上传该文件原件及英文或中文翻译公证件。请用扫描仪将相关文件彩色扫描后上传，不接受手机或相机拍摄的文件，不接受复印件。除《外国人体格检查表》和个人签字可以出现手写体外，其余所提供的文件一律不接受手写体。

1. All uploaded materials must be in Chinese or English. If the documents are in other languages, both the original document and a notarized translation in English or Chinese must be uploaded. Please use a scanner to color scan and upload the relevant documents; documents captured using mobile phones or cameras are not acceptable; photocopies are also not accepted. Except for the “Foreigner Physical Examination Form” and personal signatures, handwritten texts are not accepted in any other provided documents.

2.我校及院系招生部门有权要求部分申请者提供申请材料的书面版原件/公证件或者指定认证机构出具的认证文件供进一步查验。

2. The university and departmental admissions offices have the right to require some applicants to provide original/notarized hard copies of application documents or certified documents issued by designated certification agencies for further verification.

3.申请者应保证所提供的申请信息及申请材料的真实性与准确性，一经招生单位或认证部门查证为不属实，申请者将被取消申请、录取或学习资格。

3. Applicants should ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the application information and materials provided. Once verified as untrue by the admissions office or certification department, the applicant will be disqualified from applying, admission, or study.

九、签证

IX. Visa

    被录取的学生须持电子版录取通知书和外国留学人员来华确认表（JW202）、外国人体格检查记录及所有体格检查（含血检）报告到中国驻外使（领）馆申请来华学习签证。在华学习时间6个月以内的国际学生须申请X2类签证；学习时间6个月以上的须申请X1类签证，并于抵达中国后30天内办理居留许可。

      Admitted students must take the electronic version of the Admission Notice, the Visa Application for Study in China (JW202 Form), the Foreigner Physical Examination Form, and all physical examination reports (including blood tests) to the Chinese embassy or consulate in their home country to apply for a student visa. International students studying in China for less than 6 months should apply for an X2 visa; those studying for more than 6 months should apply for an X1 visa and apply for a residence permit within 30 days of arriving in China.
